We strive to provide excellent audio examples and demo versions of all of our software.
We work hard to provide you with the finest tools.
When you purchase software from CDSoundMaster, you are purchasing the right to license a single copy of our software for your use on one primary computer and one secondary computer.

This license is NOT transferable, cannot be re-distributed, resold, traded, given away, uploaded to torrent, or sold 'as used'.
There is simply no such thing as a used software product that has been tested, installed and implemented in someone's system. There are some large software corporations that have implemented 3rd party license sales, and it has led to a terrible wave of software theft (as if flat out stealing isn't enough!).

Please keep in mind that what we create, and what we sell, is our own original software. We worked hard, for months, sometimes years, to be the best. When we sell to you, this includes support, which we also strive for excellence in this area. If you turn around and resell, you steal a customer from us. So, please honor our already low price and value, and be honest.

All software includes free upgrades, support for new system changes, system crashes, etc.
Abuse of new licenses will be met with limitations placed if necessary. An example of this is excessive license requests.

If you purchase a 32 bit vst plug-ins, and upgrade your system to 64 bit, we will send you an upgrade for 64 bit of the same plug-in at no charge, if a 64 bit version exists.

If you move platforms, there are no guarantees that a cross-platform version will exist. But, if there is a cross-platform release of the same plug-in(s) that you own, we offer the cross-grade version to you at no extra charge.

We consider it an honor to help with technical questions, not only for our programs and libraries, but for host programs like Nebula Pro.
At the foundation of our policies, is to give attention to your experience with the Nebula Pro Plug-In. However, we may occasionally have to refer you to their staff or forum to verify certain technical information.

We are glad to advise on system configurations, hosts, optimizations, etc. But, in general, it is best to test a demo on your system for functionality.

We reserve the right to add/change/update/terminate policies regarding our business, software, etc.
Having said this, we take our customers seriously.

We know that long term support and loyalty is an important topic, and we have a system in place to ensure long term reliability and support.

All programs, demos, software, are used at your own risk.
We take great measures to test, retest, and over-test every program in as many scenarios as possible. But, every computer is its own unique entity. If something happens that is unforeseen, we cannot be help responsible, but we are glad to offer support. Sometimes we have helped debug many other programs, conflicts, system changes, audio interfaces, and believe it or not, your favorite host programs! If it is possible to fix, we will try to help.

We rely on your support!

We are working on the first support issues for MAC VST.

We believe all primary issues stem from the administrator rights management in latest versions especially Lion.
